Belarus Intellectual

Employees of the RUE "Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Animal Breeding" took an active part in the exhibition of achievements of Belarusian science "Belarus Intellectual", which was held on January 20-29 in Minsk and had its continuation in the regions from February 16 to March 26 of the current year.


The main objectives of the event were to demonstrate the latest scientific developments of Belarusian scientists and students, and to promote the achievements of science, targeting a wide audience of representatives of all strata of Belarusian society. Our Center presented new mixed fodders and fodder additives providing increase of productivity of farm animals, pig semen diluents, detergents for disinfection of milking equipment and other developments that are highly competitive with foreign analogues, as well as current scientific literature. Also information about the latest technologies used in keeping, feeding and breeding of animals was given. As part of the demonstration of the Center's achievements, tasting of milk of goats producing recombinant human lactoferrin and milk of cows with β-casein A2A2 genotype was held.
